Urban Moshav is currently facilitating the formation of Berkeley Moshav, a 20-25 household Jewish cohousing community being created in Berkeley, CA. We intend to be diverse in age, income, family structure, and Jewish observance, and we have identified a potential site. (Sorry for the teaser, but we cannot yet share information!)
