Urban Moshav is currently facilitating the formation of Berkeley Moshav, a vibrant, inclusive Jewish cohousing community in Berkeley, CA. The members of Berkeley Moshav are diverse in age, income, family structure, and Jewish observance.
We broke ground in March 2025 and are well on track to meet our move-in date of early 2027. 35 of our 36 homes (condos) have pre-committed buyers, and our member families have been actively gathering and forming bonds with one another even prior to living in community. To learn more:
